I have been cooking since my childhood days, and yet I did not consider myself a chef, rather I always considered myself an artist who developed into a craftsman.

To me cooking is just like a painting, where you need to put together proper spices, spread those in proper way at proper time. The way, imbalance in color can ruin a picture, dis-proportioned used of spice can ruin your dish.

Bengal is considered as the sweetest part of India. Being a Bengali, there is no doubt that I have a special zeal about sweet dishes.
